HBCU Bowl: Weigh-In Results

With Day One in the wraps from the HBCU Bowl in the books here is a review of all the weigh-ins

A number of players really caught our eye starting with the nations sack leader. DE Adrian Hamilton came into the weigh in trying to get over the flu but looked extremely well built, had a muscular physique and didn’t show any signs of illness.

Two offensive lineman really stood out in Keith Newell of Delaware State and Branden Curry of Florida A&M. Both players looked the part as they came in above 6’3, and over 320 pounds each. Each had a well balance build and didn’t look to top or bottom heavy.

The player who stole the show though may have been Morehouse DL Chigbo Annunoby who came in and got the most reaction from the crowd. He had one of the largest wing spans at 82 1/2 and came in bulked up and looking very strong.

Tomorrow brings the HBCU Combine along with our first day of practice, make sure to check back for practice reports and combine times!
