TE Juan Redmon Interview

What if I told you that there is a TE prospect in this draft that has caught over 170 passes, and those passes have gone for over 2,000 yards and have led to 28 TD’s. What if I then told you that this TE was 6’5, 241 lbs and runs in the 4.5 – 4.6 range. Think you know who he is yet…?

Now what if told you this prospect didn’t play in the FBS, he’s not Orson Charles, Dwayne Allen, or Coby Fleener. How about the fact that he didn’t play in the FCS, Division II, or Division III. In fact this guy didn’t even play in the NCAA, he instead played for powerhouse Mid-America Nazarene in the NAIA.

Redmon is the definition of a sleeper prospect who is flying under the radar. We just added him to our prospect rankings with our last update and think he will be a high riser over the course of the next few weeks and months leading up to the NFL Draft.

In this interview Redmon explains what playing at the NAIA level is like, what it means to him to possibly be a trailblazer into the NFL, and what kind of TE”s he likes to watch play.
