CB Will Davis is one of the most underrated prospects in the country right now.

The Famous Idaho Potato Bowl will kick off on Saturday night with the Utah State Aggies taking on the Toledo Rockets. The Aggies feature one of the most underrated CB’s in the country this year while Toledo is loaded with some underclassmen talent along with SAF prospect who could be worth a Day 3 look as we continue our look at every bowl game and who the Bills potential targets could be.

Utah State
Will Davis CB #17, 6’0, 186 lbs.

Easily the best prospect in this game, Will Davis has worked his way into a prominent role with the Aggies since transferring from the junior college ranks last season. Last year he earned a starting spot mid-way through the season and finished third on the team in pass break-ups. A corner with good size (6’0” 185 pounds) and 4.4 speed, Davis has the tools to make a difference at the next level. So far this season he ranks first in the nation with 1.75 passes defended per game and is tied for 11th in the country with five interceptions. He’s also a strong run defender, showing good tackling technique and the ability to wrap backs up behind the line of scrimmage. He may not have the physical tools to be a shutdown corner, but he could make an immediate impact as a sub-package corner, with upside as a #2.

Kerwynn Williams RB #25,  5’8, 189 lbs.
Matt Austin WR #4, 6’2, 202 lbs.
Bojay Filimoteau OLB #55, 6’2, 258 lbs.
Zach Vigil OLB #53, 6’2, 228 lbs.*
Chuck Jacobs WR #10, 6’0, 178 lbs.

Dan Molls ILB #32, 6’1, 230 lbs.

At 6’1” 230 pounds, Molls has the size and experience to play multiple positions in the linebacking corps. He’s run 40-times as low a 4.54 and has the ability to cover sideline-to-sideline if called upon. After being third team all-MAC as a Sophomore, Molls has taken his game to another level this year. He currently leads the nation with 166 tackles and has at least 13 tackles in ten games this season. He might not be the biggest or strongest linebacker, but he knows where to be on the field and his play-recognition skills are second to none. Throughout his whole game you’re almost guaranteed to see #32 around almost every single Toledo tackle.

Terrance Owens QB #2, 6’4, 195 lbs.*
Austin Dantin QB #4, 6’2, 205 lbs.*
David Fluellen RB #22, 6’0, 215 lbs.*
Bernard Reedy, WR #1, 5’9, 175 lbs.*
Zac Kerin, OC #67, 6’5, 300 lbs.*
Jermaine Robinson SS #29 , 6’3, 205 lbs.
