A long-awaited day has finally arrived for Buffalo Bills players, coaches and their fans. The Bills will become one of the NFL’s last teams to kick off training camp tonight when their opening practice begins on at 6:10 p.m.

The Buffalo Bills are holding their training camp at St. John Fisher College for the 14th consecutive season, but there are many aspects about this year’s training camp for Bills fans to look forward to. Most notably, it will be the first training camp under the regime of new head coach Doug Marrone, and a training camp that will feature an intense quarterback competition between EJ Manuel and Kevin Kolb.

Full training camp schedule: The Buffalo Bills are holding 18 practices during training camp, 15 of which will be open to the public. Click on the link to see the full schedule!

Who to Watch at Each Position: Throughout the month of July, Ryan Talbot has been preparing us for the start of the training camp with a comprehensive look at every player and position on the Buffalo Bills roster in his nine-part Positional Previews.

Questions to Answer in Training Camp

5 Things To Watch For — The Bills have many unanswered questions going into training camp. Eric Samulski examined five of them that could affect the team in training camp.

While the Buffalo Bills currently have 85 players on their roster who have reported to training camp, one player who has not is free safety Jairus Byrd. Should we expect Byrd to be back, and when? Dan Hope explored that possibility. How could missing training camp affect his season? Eric took a closer look at that.

The Bills aren’t the only team in the AFC East with questions to answer in training camp. In June, Eric took a look at the two biggest questions facing each offense and defense in the division this summer.

More Training Camp Coverage From Around the Web

Need even more Bills coverage to get you set for the start of training camp? Bleacher Report’s Chris Trapasso and Buffalo Rumblings’ Brian Galliford both put together comprehensive primers for Bills training camp.

Interested in what the rest of the league is up to in training camp? The NFL Draft Sites Network is a good place to start. NE Patriots Draft (where you can expect me to make some contributions as well over the next few weeks), KC Chiefs Draft and Draft Browns are among the network sites already delivering coverage of their team’s training camps.

We’ll Have You Covered

Of course, we hope that you’ll continue to frequent Buffalo Bills Draft throughout the training camp season as we get ready to roll into the preseason and regular season. As the offseason ends and football season gets truly underway, we strive to continue you bringing you thoughtful content that looks at the Bills through a unique and innovative lens.

Although we unfortunately are unable to bring you daily reports from Fisher College, staff writers Glenn Gifford and Ryan Talbot will be checking in from camp periodically with a fresh perspective on the Bills’ progress toward the season.
