Well we can go ahead and put our first Junior into the 2013 NFL Draft as Tennessee Tech WR Da’Rick Rogers was officially announced today with the seniors on Senior Day and school confirmed Rogers was in fact leaving per Josh Ward. (more…)

We are posting this a week later than we would of have liked but such is life. This is our intial Top 50 Big Board for Small School players. For the purposes of this board a small school player is any player that plays below the FBS level. One of my favorite things in the world to do is to watch small school football, and by small school football I mean FCS, Division II, Division III, and the NAIA. There is something about it that has a different kind of purity to it for me. As more FCS teams get on TV weekly and are available online their prospects become more apparent to both college football and NFL Draft fans alike.

Over the years following these players, talking about them, and scouting them has become a passion of mine and its one that many of you out there seem to enjoy. So this year I didn’t want to just release a ranking set or tell you a few players in one random game to watch. I wanted to create a database of sorts for you to reference and utilize throughout the entire college football season and into the 2013 NFL Draft. Not every player listed below will be a  NFL prospect, not every prospect will make it.

The names below are based on players I have seen, people I have spoken to who I trust, and some names that honestly intrigue me. So before I babble on for a lot longer, let me just give you the list. Here are 575 players to watch in the FCS, please enjoy, share, and utilize. (more…)
