Although it has only one prospect with a first-round grade, this year’s draft class of guards has plenty of players with the potential to become productive NFL starters. The value for guards always comes in middle rounds, and there is a great deal of talent to be had in that range from this class.

The Buffalo Bills have been active in free agency, adding starters and/or depth at running back, tight end, offensive guard, linebacker, cornerback and special teams. The team might still be actively pursuing free agents, as evidenced by Kenny Britt’s recent visit to One Bills Drive, but any signings now will be few and far between, which should mean is adjusting its needs and determining who it should target in this year’s NFL draft.

Potential Bills in 2014 NFL Draft: Offensive Linemen to Watch in Week Four

After failing to replace free agent departure Andy Levitre at guard, Colin Brown has been the weak link on the Buffalo Bills’ offensive line through the first two weeks of the 2013 NFL season. Brown’sĀ Pro Football Focus rating for the season is -16.1, which ranks him last among all guards in the NFL.

The Bills may be looking to the 2014 draft to replace Brown and fill the void on their offensive line. The following five offensive linemen who have notable matchups this week are among the players who the Bills could look to in the early rounds of the draft to help solidify the offensive line.
