HBCU Bowl: West Practice Day 2

On what was a warm December afternoon in Georgia the West squad took to the field to at Lakewood Stadium to show their stuff in front of scouts and make a name for themselves. Coach Paul Jones promised the scouts an upbeat and high intensity practice and that’s exactly what we got. There was some hitting this morning at the East practice but the West practice made it seem like they were playing two hand touch.

HBCU Bowl Videos Day 2

First off I just want to say these are my first attempts at shooting video of practices and they are taken using an Iphone. I realize now I need to shoot the video with the phone turned sideways to get more of the picture and will do so at tomorrow’s practice sessions. These videos are meant to highlight some of the guys who have been making big plays in practice. I’m only filming sporadically so any big plays I get are more dumb luck than anything.
